天普大学位於美国东岸的费城，创立於1884年，共有17个学院，提供超过600种学术课程。诸多科系在专业学术领域皆名列前茅，例如：商学院、法学院、医学院及药学院。学生人数超过3万人，师生比约1:11。
透过3+2学硕跨级双联学位计画，本校与天普大学互相採认授课学分，本校学生只要修满3年学士课程，再到天普大学研修2年硕士课程，就可以5年时间完成两校毕业学分，同时取得本校学士学位及天普大学硕士学位，不但兼顾课业、语言、文化交流等多元学习，且实质提升自身的国际竞争力。

- 请来信告知国际处承办人黄先生（箩别蹿蹿谤别测丑耻补苍驳蔼苍迟耻.别诲耻.迟飞）叙明欲申请之学院计画，以便协助与姊妹校核对身分、追踪申请进度及办理双联学位身分（须缴交本校行政计画费新臺币2,000元整，依《国立臺湾大学办理本校学生赴境外研修要点》规范，计画费一经缴交，概不退还。）

DBMD students receive merit-based scholarships every semester provided they maintain a 3.0 GPA. Students do not need to apply. The scholarship is 10%- 20% of tuition based on GPA.

- Graduate admission decisions are reviewed by the department in which the student chooses to apply and most decisions are completed within 4-6 weeks after students submit a complete application package to Temple University.
