1. 本校硕一以上(不含博士生)学生。（以报名交换学生甄选时，本校教务处学籍系统上之年级為準）。
2. GPA 達3.44分以上。
3. TOEFL iBT 79 (接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.0 或 全民英檢高級。
或
4. 具俄語 (TORFL)檢定成績 第一級TРКИ-1 級以上。
