- 本校大一以上/硕一以上(不含博士生)学生。（以报名交换学生甄选时，本校教务处学籍系统上之年级為準）。
- 学士生 TOEFL iBT 83 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.5 (寫 5.5)；
研究生 TOEFL iBT 93 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.5 (寫 6.0)；。 - 不接受医学院、公共卫生学院、生物资源暨农学院兽医学系、生物资源暨农学院兽医学研究所、生物资源暨农学院临床动物医学研究所之学生申请。

Universities in the Netherlands do not own student housing. For new international Erasmus+ / Exchange students who meet the requirements, Utrecht University does offer a Reserved Accommodation Programme. This housing is reserved for new international UU students via organizations like SSH Short Stay. The housing offered through this programme is furnished and available for fixed rental periods only.
