- 本校大一以上/硕一以上(不含博士生)学生。（以报名交换学生甄选时，本校教务处学籍系统上之年级為準）。
- TOEFL iBT 79 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.0 或 全民英檢中高級，僅具備英語能力者，請詳閱注意事项。 或
- 具德語檢定成績 B2(中高級) 級以上。
- 不接受医学院、公共卫生学院之学生申请。

- 交换学校一览表所列之語言能力為該校之最低門檻要求，同學需自行確認語言能力是否符合該校修課要求、查詢是否有相对应的系所及足够的课程可供选读、能否达到该校之每学期修课学分数要求、以及是否具备相关领域之背景知识，若未达标準，该校有权拒收。
