日语组

1. 本校大一以上/硕一以上(不含博士生)学生。（以报名交换学生甄选时，本校教务处学籍系统上之年级為準）。
2. GPA 達3.30分以上。
3. 具日語檢定成績 1 級以上，部分日文專攻課程需繳交兩年內J1成績及／或滿足總分或分項J1成績要求，詳情請見注意事项。

一般组

6. The following courses are NOT open to Exchange Students.
   • FLA core programs
   • FST laboratory classes
   • GPGS compulsory courses
   • the foreign language courses (except Japanese language)
   • Seminars
   • Compulsory courses in General Studies, “Studies in Christian Humanism: For Others, with Others”, “Liberal Arts of the Body”, “Critical Thinking & Writing”, “Overview of Data Science”, “Thinking about Issues, Perspectives and Positionality”.
   • Academic English courses under University-wide General Studies (Courses with registration codes that start from GSP and the numberings with ENG)
7. In principle, all applicants of Japanese-taught programs are required to submit Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 certificate; in addition:
   • Applicants who wish to enroll in the Graduate Program in Linguistics (言語学専攻) must submit proof of a JLPT N1 obtained within two years from the time of application.
   • Applicants who wish to take the Japanese Language Education Course (日本語教育学コース) subjects in the Graduate Program in Linguistics (言語学専攻) must submit proof of a JLPT N1 score of 150 or higher. For those who are applying to other Japanese-taught graduate program, a higher level may be required for the breakdown score in addition to passing the N1 level.
8. Applicants who apply for the Graduate Program in Global Studies are expected to have a higher English ability. Applicants who cannot fulfill the following minimum language requirement will be denied the entrance into the program: 100 on TOEFL iBT or 7.0 on IELTS (Academic)
9. Exchange students should choose most courses from the departments/graduate program that he/she enrolled in.
10. Master/PhD students: If they decided to take only undergraduate level courses when the application, please apply for undergraduate department.
11. Exchange Students must register for more than 10 hours of class work per week (600 minutes, 1 hour being 60 minutes). This is namely 6 periods as 100 minutes constitute one period.

    • Public Transportation: ¥5,000 - ¥10,000 per month
    • Books: ¥30,000 - ¥50,000 per semester
    • Personal Expenses: ¥30,000up per month
14. : In principle, all exchange students have to join Japanese National Health Insurance after you arrive in Japan.

1. 經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，須依照所錄取之語言要求（JLPT、IELTS或TOEFL iBT），來遞交交換學校之交換入學申請文件。例如：以JLPT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之一般交換學生計畫（意即以日語授課之課程）；以IELTS或TOEFL iBT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之英語課程交換學生計畫（通常是國際學部專門開設給国际学生的英語授課課程）。
2. 经甄选录取获得本校推荐资格之交换生，不得於取得该校入学许可后，要求变更已取得的入学许可条件；或者是交换申请被该校拒绝后，要求以另一种条件重新提出申请（包括但不限於：原先录取日文授课计画，改為英文授课计画）。如有以上情事者，将直接取消其录取资格，并受罚金及罚则约束。
3. 若該校提供兩種或以上不同語言的交換學生計畫，交換生名额是分開計算，不同語言條件之交換入學申請，亦由該校不同的委員會審查。
