1. 本校大一/大二学生。（以报名交换学生甄选时，本校教务处学籍系统上之年级為準）。
2. TOEFL iBT 93 (讀 22 寫 22 不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 7.0 (讀 7.0 寫 6.5)。

须在本校註册并缴交全额学杂费，免缴该校学费，但该校杂费、住宿费、生活费、保险费、往返机票费等均须自行负担。
