- 本校大一以上/硕一以上(不含博士生)学生。（以报名交换学生甄选时，本校教务处学籍系统上之年级為準）。
- GPA 達2.75分以上。
- TOEFL iBT 92 (接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.5 或 全民英檢中高級 或 培力英檢B2(中高級)。 或
- 具法語檢定成績 B2(中高級) 級以上。
- 不接受医学院、法律学院法律学研究所、法律学院科际整合法律学研究所之学生申请。
