日语组，Japanese Language and Culture Module (Nichibun)

一般组，Global Education Module (GEM，舊名CGE)

2. TOEFL iBT 79 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.0。

4. 日语组：Japanese Language and Culture Module (Nichibun)
   • Courses are conducted in Japanese. Students are placed in classes based on the result of our Japanese language placement test regardless of Bachelor, Master or PhD.
   • For Nichibun students who are placed in Japanese level 5 or higher are allowed to take courses in Japanese offered by faculties. However, Law School, Business School and Faculty of Engineering don't open any courses to Nichibun exchange students.
   • Students in CJLC program: Law School, Business School and Institute for the Liberal Arts (ILA) don’t open any courses
5. 一般组：Global Education Module (GEM，舊名CGE)
   • The Global Education Module (GEM) offers inter-disciplinary courses all conducted in English, designed for international and Japanese students to foster a better understanding of Japan in a global context. GEM provides in-depth learning opportunities in different fields ranging from the humanities and social sciences to the natural and human sciences.
   • Exchange students who intend to principally take courses on Japanese Culture, Society, and Nature in English offered by GEM are accepted as ‘GEM students’. [In contrast, exchange students who intend to study mainly Japanese language are accepted as "Nichibun students".)
   • Courses offered by CGE are undergraduate level, if Master and PhD students understand it, we can accept students regardless of Bachelor, Master or PhD.
   • GEM students are not allowed take courses offered by any Graduate Schools other than ILA (undergraduate level).
   • Students in CGE program: Law School and Business School don’t open any courses 
6. Courses that are available vary depending on each student’s Japanese level. Also note that there are the courses that cannot be taken. Such include seminar courses, subjects offered by Faculty of Science and Engineering and Faculty of Life and Medical Sciences, and subjects not open to other faculty students.

9. 最低修課限制：Students should take more than 7 classes (1 class = 90 minutes) at least per week. It is prescribed by law.
10. Estimated cost of living: The average monthly living cost in Kyoto is around ¥120,000 including rent (at the very least 100,000JPY). Please keep this in mind when making plans to study in Japan.  
11. All exchange students need to pay ¥2,500/semester as Educational Support Fee to the Center for Global Education at the beginning of each semester. (The amount of fee is subject to change.)

1. 經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，須依照所錄取之語言要求（JLPT、IELTS或TOEFL iBT），來遞交交換學校之交換入學申請文件。例如：以JLPT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之一般交換學生計畫（意即以日語授課之課程）；以IELTS或TOEFL iBT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之英語課程交換學生計畫（通常是國際學部專門開設給国际学生的英語授課課程）。
2. 经甄选录取获得本校推荐资格之交换生，不得於取得该校入学许可后，要求变更已取得的入学许可条件；或者是交换申请被该校拒绝后，要求以另一种条件重新提出申请（包括但不限於：原先录取日文授课计画，改為英文授课计画）。如有以上情事者，将直接取消其录取资格，并受罚金及罚则约束。
3. 若該校提供兩種或以上不同語言的交換學生計畫，交換生名额是分開計算，不同語言條件之交換入學申請，亦由該校不同的委員會審查。

不保证住宿。依据宿舍不同，每月约34000词77000日圆。
