1. 本校大二以上/硕一以上(不含博士生)学生。（以报名交换学生甄选时，本校教务处学籍系统上之年级為準）。
2. TOEFL iBT 4.0 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 TOEFL iBT 79 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.0。

3. 具德語檢定成績 B1(中級) 級以上，At least CEFR B1 / B2 level - required level depends on TUM School / discipline。

The receives a limited number of dormitory offerings (Service Package) from Munich Student Union. Students wishing to be considered for this Service Package must check the relevant box in the application form and have to be enrolled until a set deadline (to be announced after admission).

Please be aware that the private market is tense and competition for housing in Munich is high.
