- 本校大一以上/硕一以上(不含博士生)学生。(以报名交换学生甄选时,本校教务处学籍系统上之年级為準),前述「以上」包含该年级。
- GPA 達3.30分以上,請注意該校每個系所限制皆不同,欲選填該校作為交換志願者,務必「主動確認」是否符合該校系所的申请资格。
- TOEFL iBT 90 (讀 22 聽 22 說 21 寫 21 不接受 Home Edition),新制 TOEFL iBT 成績待交換學校確認中 或 IELTS 6.5 (聽 6.0 讀 6.0 寫 6.0 說 6.0)。
- 不接受社會科學院新闻研究所、醫學院、法律學院、工學院、管理學院會計學研究所、管理學院財務金融學研究所、管理學院國際企業學研究所、管理學院資訊管理學研究所、管理學院商學研究所、管理學院管理學院企業管理碩士專班、理學院心理學研究所、社會科學院政治學研究所、文學院人類學研究所、社會科學院經濟學研究所之學生申請。

- At UBC, any course numbered 500 or above is considered a graduate-level course. While there are many programs that are available, some have limited enrolment are and restricted. Graduate programs NOT open to Go Global exchange and visiting students include:
- Commerce and Business Administration (e.g. MBA)
- Data Science
- Political Science
- Economics
- Counseling Psychology
- Anthropology
- Psychology
- Community and Regional Planning
- Faculty-Specific Restrictions: Some faculties and departments have course restrictions for exchange and visiting students. See for details on course restrictions by faculty.
- University-wide e????xchange students not admitted to the Sauder School of Business (e.g., admitted to Faculty of Arts or Faculty of Science) may request to take commerce courses, but enrolment is limited and not guaranteed. For more information, please see our page on studying commerce at UBC on exchange.
- Courses at the graduate level (500 and 600) are not available (e.g., Business Administration, EMBA courses)
- BUSI and COEC courses are not available
- COMM 101, 202, 271, 311, 466, 483, and dual degree courses (COMM 120, 126, 220, 320, 321, 420, and 421) are not available
- Limited enrolment in some 200-level (second year) courses
- The following are COMR courses for non-commerce majors: COMR 100, 280, 329, 398, 457, 458, 465, 473, and 493
- Engineering: Priority access to Faculty of Applied Science (Engineering) courses will be given to students coming to UBC under Coordinated International Experience (CIE) or engineering-specific agreements. Only students pursuing a degree in engineering at their home university should be nominated to the Faculty of Applied Science at UBC. Engineering course registration often takes place at a later date than other registrations.

- UBC's facilitates disability-related accommodations (such as alternate format materials, assistive technology, extra time allowance on an exam, etc.) designed to remove barriers for students with disabilities and ongoing medical conditions. - UPass: $170 per term
- Medical Insurance:
- Please note that students will be automatically enrolled in the mandatory UBC iMED health insurance and will NOT be able to opt out even if they have coverage from their home country. For more information, please refer to .
- Single-term exchange: The cost is $315 CAD per term plus a $9.94 direct billing fee for iMED. If you are a single-term exchange student, iMED will cover you for the duration of your stay (approximately four months and one week).
- Full-year exchange: The cost is $225 CAD plus a $9.94 direct billing fee for iMED. The cost covers the three-month waiting period for the British Columbia Medical Services Plan (MSP). Students on exchange for six months or longer are required to apply for MSP. The MSP plan costs $75 CAD per month. The total cost of health insurance for Full-year exchange students is $609.94 CAD.

- Although exchange students have priority access through dedicated spots for Go Global students, on-campus housing is NOT guaranteed due to high demand and limited space. Only 50-60% of students will receive an on-campus housing offer.

- Students with mobility-related disabilities and chronic medical conditions who have special housing needs should check the website to see whether they meet criteria for priority housing and apply by the stated deadlines.
